It can be a daunting task because is a lot of soul searching to determine who you want to be, what you want to do and how you want to be perceived. It does pay off in the end though because you will be more confident with your career path so that you can better explain it to someone who will be impressed. <br><br>Everyone has a different end goal with it, so my advice to you which you will find out during the process, is to create a strategy of how you will implement it and then set an end goal so that all your efforts will be working to something.
