Your point about HR evolving is interesting. While I don't agree with you that pictures like these should be overlooked because they really can cause of lot of problems, they do need to start using social media and other "new world" methods to hire employees. @Bas

Now I don't know Scoble personally, but as far as I know, part of his personal brand is the 'fun' image. He's a great guy, fun to be with. So in that case, I think the foto's only help him build his brand. Next to that I think many hiring managers, HR managers and recruiters need to get into the new world. Since we've all been drunk at some time (well, almost all of us). So what if there are some pictures of that? What's so bad with it? I’ve got mixed feeling with this.
