It definitely didn&#039;t hurt his personal brand, I can tell you that. Your point about HR evolving is interesting. While I don&#039;t agree with you that pictures like these should be overlooked because they really can cause of lot of problems, they do need to start using social media and other &quot;new world&quot; methods to hire employees.</description>

Next to that I think many hiring managers, HR managers and recruiters need to get into the new world. Since we&#039;ve all been drunk at some time (well, almost all of us). So what if there are some pictures of that? What&#039;s so bad with it?</description>
